What this covers

This notice explains how GASTRO-LX handles personal information submitted through gastro-lx.com, including the enquiry form and direct correspondence. ATELIER, at atelier.gastro-lx.com, publishes its own membership, subscription and privacy terms.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your organisation, role, the scale and timing of your mandate, your preferred language and the brief itself.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use enquiry data for marketing, and we never sell, share or repurpose it.

Where it is processed

Enquiries are delivered by email through our website host and email providers, who process them on our behalf. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through the form; where a mandate requires it, a secure channel and a mutual NDA are agreed first.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence, and no longer.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@gastro-lx.com.
